Northampton week, which Chris Wilder said anything at Plymouth would have capped 'an unbelievable' one ended with defeat at Home Park on Saturday with it perhaps a game too far for us?

Plymouth's two-nil win saw them consolidate their play-off place while we're left wondering 'what might have been' but we're still in the play-off hunt and will go again!

Gray almost marked his debut, following his loan arrival from Accrington (Click Here), with a goal but couldn't quite finish off a Carter cross before O'Connor (28) went up the other end and scored a minute later.

As we pushed for an equaliser Plymouth secured the points late on when Alessandra (86) rounded Duke to seal the two-nil win with four-minutes to play.

Following the game Wilder told the BBC.

'If we'd have won here today it would have capped an unbelievable week. We need to dust ourselves down.

'The spirit in our team is outstanding and the players are hurting at the moment.

'Plymouth have had to scrap to get over the line today, just like we have in recent games. It shows how tight the league is.'
