Veteran Keeper Signed

Northampton have completed the signing of veteran keeper Matt Duke.

However, having said "veteran" 35-years-old isn't exactly veteran as far as a goalkeeper goes really is it? Anyway Duke has arrived on a two-year deal.

Aidy Boothroyd had spoken openly about his desire to bring the former Hull keeper back to Sixfields, following a previously successful loan spell, and he's now done this after he opted against staying with Bradford in order to potentially end his career with The Cobblers.
